[News] Beilu Pharmaceutical’s Wholly-owned Subsidiary

Recently, Hong Kong Yuanzhi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Hong Kong Yuanzhi"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Beilu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., received the Certificate of Registration of Proprietary Chinese Medicine issued by the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong.

The acquisition of this certificate signifies that the Company’s core Proprietary Chinese Medicine (pCm) product, Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules (registered in Hong Kong as: CALM AND SLEEP AID GRANULES [JIU WEI] ), has officially obtained market access qualifications and can now be sold within the Hong Kong market.

This achievement marks a crucial step in the Company’s strategy to promote the overseas export of its Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sector. It not only opens up a new regional market for the product but also lays a solid foundation for future expansion into Southeast Asia and other international markets. This development is conducive to enhancing the Company's brand influence and medium-to-long-term competitiveness.
