New Product Approval: Beilu Pharmaceutical’s Sildenafil Citrate Orally Disintegrating Tablets

Recently, Beilu Pharma received the "Drug Registration Certificate" for Sildenafil Citrate Orally Disintegrating Tablets approved and issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

Sildenafil is a selective inhibitor of type 5 phosphodiesterase, used to treat erectile dysfunction, and  has advantages such as rapid onset and definite efficacy. Sildenafil Citrate Orally Disintegrating Tablets is an iterative formulation of sildenafil developed by Pfizer Inc., which was approved for import in China in 2019. It does not require water, disintegrates in the mouth within seconds, and acts quickly. It meets the patient's needs for convenience, rapid onset, and good privacy in oral medication, providing patients with more flexible and diverse medication options.
